Ben Bodzy
Ben Bodzy founded Bodzy Law PLLC after two decades of employment litigation experience at the highest levels of the legal profession. Ben was a labor and employment Shareholder with Baker Donelson, which is the largest law firm in the Southeast U.S., with more than 700 attorneys. After Baker Donelson, Ben was the Senior Vice President of Legal with his largest client, GEODIS Americas, a multi-billion dollar logistics company with over 20,000 employees. Ben was responsible for managing all litigation, all labor and employment matters, as well as the Ethics and Compliance, Labor Relations, and Legal Operations functions. Unlike many in-house counsel, Ben continued to personally try cases while working in-house because he actually enjoys being in the courtroom. While in-house, Ben managed litigation in over 25 states in the U.S., and in 6 foreign countries throughout the Americas. He was responsible for negotiating the value of hundreds of claims.
Ben left corporate America to found Bodzy Law. He decided to leverage his litigation skills to maximize recovery on behalf of workers whose employers have violated the law.
Outside of work, you will find Ben spending time with his wife, three children and two dogs, traveling, trying new restaurants, attending sporting events, or on a golf course, ski slope, or hiking trail.
